This organization provides a safe space for participants to:
- Be comfortable with who they are, while addressing issues concerning women and developing skills to succeed (social, etiquette, professional, etcetera).
- Gain a sense of family through sisterhood. Work wholeheartedly on creating their narrative, building self-definition, inclusive of worth, identity, recognizing talents, sense of belonging, esteem and celebrating themselves.
- Gain a deeper connection to history and the accomplishments within it.
- Commit to the progress of growth and development amongst like-minded individuals, who can relate to the challenges of being a woman of color.
- Recognize the importance of transitioning into womanhood and being a strong effective leader. Be able to develop leadership skills and a sense of community responsibility
Our membership is a direct representation of the most determined, eager, goal-orientated young women amongst their peers.
