Thank you for stopping by. It is my hope that you and your family are safe and mentally sound, as you try to navigate through challenges, successes, and the effects of COVID-19.
I am Nicolle Asprilla and I am extremely elated to be the new President of the Alpha Chapter of Nu Delta Phi Leadership Society, Inc. (respectfully called NDP). NDP is a Rites of Passage/Leadership Program primarily for African, African-American, Caribbean, Asian/Pacific Islander and Hispanic female students of color. Standing firm on our pillars of Self-Preservation, Sisterhood, Service, Scholarship, and Success, it is my goal to continue to aid in the mental solace and ultimate growth and progress of our organization, members and young women of color in the community.
In the spirit of Sankofa, my team and I will continue to reach back to ensure that future generations live up their fullest potential, through SisterSister Retreats, Mentorship Program, Women Of Worth (W.O.W.) Empowerment Series, Sankofa Saturdays, Fifth Fridays, community partnerships, and philanthropy, entrepreneurism and professional opportunities that promote self-identification, healthy mental spaces, educational achievement, and maximizing the college experience. All the best to you and yours as we all try to maneuver successfully through this pandemic.

In spirit of Sankofa, the Esteemed Ladies of Nu Delta Phi Leadership Society, Inc. are continuously learning about self, history, and life. While moving forward to make their lives fruitful, they are simultaneously planting seeds for the future generations to excel and become successful leaders. Nu Delta Phi Leadership Society, Incorporated is a Greek-lettered organization that offers vital pathways for educational achievement, increasing retention/graduation rates, and maximizing the college experience through academic, cultural responsiveness, professional and social development.
Our mission is to increase, encourage, and support the overall positive progression of female students of color in higher education, specifically the underrepresented African, African American/Black, Caribbean, and Latin/Hispanic.
It is through building a positive Self-Definition that our young women of color will be able to stand solid on Self-Preservation, Sisterhood, Service, Scholarship and Success. Not only will they go on to graduate college but live accomplished lives as history-makers, valuable members of society as skill female leaders.
